Orders and Shipping
Order processing can take 3-5 days. Once shipped, allow 7-10 days for package to arrive.
You will receive confirmation email from us to let you know the order you placed went through successfuly.
You will receive another email from us once we ship your order. The email will provide you with a tracking number.

All Homenton.com products are shipped direct from our OEM manufacturers. While some of our manufacturers are located in the US, most of our partners are located in different countries.
By shipping direct from the factory, we are able to eliminate warehouse & storage costs in the US, and passing on the savings to you by offering quality products at great low prices.
We currently ship to United States.
Coming soon, we will be shipping to UK, Canada, and Australia.

Returns and Exchanges
Contact customer service via Live Chat or Contact Us page immediately, be sure to include order number, confirm the item number & Qty of the wrong item(s), provide pictures clearly showing the wrong item. The wrong item must be returned in original packaging, We will be responsible for the return shipping cost. You can exchange it for the correct one or request a full refund.
Homenton.com is not responsible for reimbursement of any labor costs or project delays that may occur due to the receipt of incorrect goods. We always recommend that you wait to schedule installation until after your fixture has arrived and been inspected.

We do our best to ensure every order arrives safe and secure. Despite the series of quality checks, occasionally products do arrive with damage.
As soon as the damaged issue is confirmed, our dedicated Customer Care Team is on hand to resolve the issue and to advise on the best solution, including refund, replace or repair options.
All orders can be canceled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to change or cancel it, please contact us within 12 hours.

Customers can initiate a return within 14 days of receipt for any reason, as long as the item(s) are unused, unwashed, no pieces missing, and in their original condition – complete with original packaging, tags, etc. It’s easy and fast.
It is free for customer to return the parcel to our designated local return address.
*Note: You can only enjoy one-time free local return for one order. If you initiate multiple return request under an order, you will have to cover the return shipping costs to the designated local return address. Therefore, please consider returning jointly the products to avoid paying that additional shipping cost.
To qualify for a defective return, one of the following must apply:
-Item has a defect, or is faulty or malfunction
-Incorrect item was received
We recommend to check the items within 48 hours of receipt and report to our customer service as soon as possible. Please be sure to include your order number, confirm the item number & Qty of the defective item(s), provide photographs or video evidence clearly showing the problem.
Depending on the situation, we will be responsible for refunds, exchange or replacements according to your preference within 14 days of receipt. After 14 days, Homenton will make every attempt to rectify, however charges may apply.
Step 1 – Acquire authorization and instructions
To begin the return or exchange process, please get in contact with our customer service first. Our customer service representatives determine eligibility for refunds and exchanges and then a “Return & Exchange” authorization will be sent to you.
Step 2 – Ship product back
Once our customer service has approved your request, you will be provided with a return label. Ship the package to our local warehouse and wait for us to receive your returned parcel.
Step 3 – Refund or exchange
When we receive your return, we will inspect the item in 3-5 working days and then provide a replacement for an exchange or issue a refund.
The refund will be made to the account that the funds were originally drawn from, namely the money will be sent back in the same way it was received.
Please note that for credit card payment refund, please allow up to one billing cycle for your account to be credited. Please do not request a charge back from your credit card company during the return process. Due to the time it takes to resolve charge back disputes, it is usually better to be patient and wait for the return process to run its course. Or if an unusual delay occurs, feel free to contact us for assistance.
When we confirm to cancel your order, you will be refunded within 24 hours. When we receive your return, you will be refunded in 3-5 working upon receipt and inspection. The refund will be made to the account that the funds were originally drawn from, namely the money will be sent back in the same way it was received.
If you originally paid with PayPal account balance, you can find the refund right away in your PayPal account.
If you originally paid with credit card, please allow up to one billing cycle for the credit to show in the bank statement. It mostly depends on how fast your bank processes the credit. Please do not request a charge back from your credit card company during the return process. Due to the time it takes to resolve charge back disputes, it is usually better to be patient and wait for the return process to run its course. Or if an unusual delay occurs, feel free to contact us for assistance.
